What is included in my subscription: Each month a letter will be mailed out. The envelope will be hand-addressed to your child. A special custom-made sticker will be included that features one of our farm friends.
How to Subscribe: Go to our Subscribe page and choose which plan you want.
What if I want to change my plan: Log into your account and you can make a change to how you want to be billed.
Does my subscription auto-renew? Yes, it will. At the end of the term you choose, the subscription will auto-renew. You will need to log into your account before the end of the term if you want to make changes.
When will I recieve a letter? If you subscribe between the 1st and the 13th of the month, your letter will be mailed out around the 15th. If you subscribe on the 14th throught the end of the month, your letter will be mailed out within 3 business days of your order.
Can I send this as a gift? Yes, there is a place to put the name of the person the letter needs to be addressed to.
Can I cancel my subscription? Yes, you can log into your account and cancel your account. Please be aware that if you cancel after you have been billed, you will still receive the letters that you paid for and will not receive a refund. Your account will not auto-renew for the next term if you cancel.
